Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is tool of self-care, self-knowledge, awareness and learning. It is based on building a positive, supportive, safe, reliable and affectionate relationship between the psychologist and the person being treated. This relationship, like any other, is built gradually. But, unlike other relationships in life, there is an attentive interest in the other, a qualified, active and engaged listening. Without judgment and with acceptance.
The session is often a moment for relief, venting and support. But it can also be a space for accountability and confrontation, sometimes difficult. But it's always rewarding.
Affection, solidarity and art as powerful tools of transformation.
